Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy

Shipping Area

  • FREE Shipping for all orders above Rs 549.

  • A Flat and Fixed Shipping charge of Rs 60 will be added on orders of Rs. 549 or  less.

  • It is our endeavor to ship all items in your order together; however, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. Also, there may be restrictions on accepting orders for certain pin codes where shipping is not possible. In such scenarios, the order will not be accepted online and message will be displayed requesting to provide an alternate pin code.

  • Each order will be shipped only to a single shipping address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you need to place multiple orders.

  • In instances where the customer places multiple orders within a day or two, we might combine orders and ship them together.

We also provide Cash On Delivery (COD) for buying from Japani Toy. Select a product and click the COD option (COD Orders are accepted upto Rs 19,999/-) during check-out.

Please note, we recommend online payment for better privacy.

We’ll ship the package to your doorstep in a discreet and random general package. Nobody will know what you’ve ordered, not even the delivery guy. We ship our products in a standard box, which has only your name and address details on it.

We at Japani Toy understand that there are customers who don’t feel comfortable receiving certain parcels at their door-step due to several reasons. Hence we may have the option for self pick-up from a courier office near you. If your PIN code is in our list, we will deliver the unmarked parcel to the nearest courier company office from your preferred address, so that you may opt for self-collection.

Tracking

We may send or provide the tracking URL of the courier so that you can track the delivery yourself.

We have a tie-up with leading Indian courier service partners - FedEx, BlueDart, Xpressbees, EcomExpress, Delhivery, Aramex, Gati, Professional. We covered 1600+ PIN Code across India.

Product Packaging

We pack your order in a tamper-proof plastic bag. We don't put any indication of product/website name on the packaging box*. This ensures complete privacy of your order and safeguards the quality and packaging of your order. This is done FREE OF CHARGE.

We won't be mentioning Japani Toy on the package anywhere to keep your privacy intact. The sender name and address will be of our supporting company and due to privacy that is secret.

In case of COD order, we shall be attaching the invoice with the package mentioning the generic name of the product category like - garments, shoes, etc.

Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to deliver all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons may include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing, and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Our Customer Service Team will inform you at the earliest if your order is canceled. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to your Card Account.

Replacement / Exchange Policy

We will replace certain products within 3 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. This only applies to the product received in damaged condition.

We do not accept returns on any apparel due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged/Defective

  • In the unlikely event that a replaceable product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused along with its original invoice, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 4 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

  • Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.

  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a replacement or exchange.

  • For hygiene and other reasons we shall be unable to accept replacements or exchanges of products in following categories: contraceptives, nightwear, briefs, innerwear, lingerie, apparel, cosmetics, oils, lotions, potions, pills, creams, medical equipment, and any other personal item or items that have been imported in the country

  • We shall be unable to accept returns or exchanges of products that have been tampered with, opened and/or used.

  • In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount and shipping charges applicable to the item.

  • In case a product comes with a manufacturer warranty, customers should contact the manufacturer directly and follow the return/replacement procedure as per the manufacturer policy.

Product Not To Your Liking

We will NOT accept replacements and/or exchanges for products that are not to your liking. Most of our products are personal in nature and we encourage you to ask us questions at customercare@japanitoy.in or via the customer care phone number, before confirming your order.

Mode of Return

You may contact our Customer Care within 3 days of having received the product and request a replacement /exchange, subject to the above-mentioned terms and conditions. Once the Customer Care team agrees to process the replacement/exchange subject to receipt of the products at our location in an unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice. You are requested to send us the products you plan to replace / exchange via courier to the below-mentioned address with all the documents and packaging required to receive a replacement /exchange:

We request you to retain your courier Airway Bill, for future reference.

Offline Membership Data

We in Japani Toy do not store any Members or Customers database Online due to the risk of Hacking. We are always concerned about your privacy, hence your data is secured in Offline in a Password Protected and Encrypted Database.
